You’d think that the customer service at a place where you have your money would treat you with respect and with a sense of priority and courtesy per the company logo “ we have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: courtesy- Henry Wells1864.. would actually mean anything.. this employee may be having a bad day or is tired of her job but that is not the customers fault. Kleibys continued to say smart a$$ comments and remarks whenever the clients are asking questions or letting her know they are next in line. You don’t have any privacy she is loud and everyone in that branch will know your business due to her speaking so loudly to the clients. Please do something about this employee.

Went to make a deposit at the ATM and neither of the 2 are accepting deposits at this time and it's a holiday weekend. They're always broken, so now I have to wait until Tuesday to make my deposit. I Guess I need to find another bank after 27 years.

Deposited $670 into the ATM and drive thru rep told me that they will clear the jam but can’t give me my money back and I would have to call the 1-800 number for them to fix the issue. This is called theft. I will call the police

I went there to opened an account on Saturday and the representative spend 15-20 Minutes looking for my online appointment. She could not assist me because she stated she don't know how to open the account I wanted, and only one person can help me and he has back to back appointments. She don't even have a clue how to handle the account I wanted. I am a customer with several accounts with them, but I will be leaving. The representative nails was so long that she could hardly type on the key board . I get that everyone want to express their individually but you must look at least professional. I walked out and drove to Bank of America and the service there far exceeded Well Fargo . I was greeted at the door then got helped in opening an account. Bank of America representative was so professional and knowledgeable I was very pleased. I was shocked to see how awesome Bank of America customer service was compared to Wells Fargo.
