Small community kitchen and BBQ grill . Along with a fireplace and plenty of outdoor seating. The private pier has got mooring area as well as covered seating and plenty of fishing rod holders . Fish cleaning station and bait wells! Small bar area for entertainment and the nicest people working here you've ever met. This is a wonderful place to stay a couple of days or a couple weeks . This is the BEST place to unwind and enjoy the βOld Floridaβ style of living. The island of Matlacha is a must see and a town that offers βisland time livingβ. They donβt nickel and dime you here. Free use of kayaks, bicycles and laundry facilities. They even have an air conditioned Sugar Shack where you can watch tv, play games or just hang out! Sit on the dock and fish, lay back in a hammock and take a nap in the cool breeze or belly up to the tiki bar and watch the dolphins play in the water. You wonβt be disappointed. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately we do not offer tent camping without an RV site rental, and then the tent must be on your site, which has a ground-cover of crushed shell.
Cape Coral Yacht Club Beach is 15 miles/20 mins away. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Causeway Beach are both 27 miles/40 mins away. Venice Beach is 60 miles/ 1 hour away. Sun Splash WaterPark is 8 miles/ 15 mins away.

You are allowed to swim at your own risk, as we are in Gulf waters and there is no lifeguard on duty. We also recommend water shoes (people and puppies) for the occasional oyster shell you may step on.
Yes..
There is not a minimum size, there are sites for all sizes
Yes, it's inside that little yellow house. Restroom & shower
We are not large enough to drive carts within really, but we have no objection to them in what little space we have. We have not informed ourselves of local laws and ordinances as they apply to golf carts so you will have to check with local enforcement.
Each site has its own 50 Amp electric, city water, and city sewer hookups. Dump and fill service is generally only for guests of the park.
As long as they are not aggressive and there are no guest complaints, pets are welcome to have fun. We reserve the right at any time to ask that your dog be restricted to your RV except for leashed bathroom break walks.
Check in and out time is generally noon. Scheduling does occasionally allow early check in or late check out, but must be approved on a per case basis by contacting us directly.
