Idk if it was because it was a tournament day but the cash only thing and no tabs was annoying. I never carry cash on me anymore, Never been in a bar where tabs werent allowed.

We have handicap restrooms and there is access to bar and pool tables. No handicap parking spot assigned though.

I believe so. Possibly reduced hours but they are open.
They're pretty open to allowing any age in their bar as long as they're serving food there. So once they close their kitchen around 9pm, it becomes 21+.
Pool tourney or texas holdem pool tourney start at 8pm
