They set up an appointment for an estimate and kept it. I was registered, waited my turn and was out in a short amount of time. I was put on a wait list and was called to bring the car in early!! They fixed the car, WASHED IT AND VACUUMED IT!!!! Also had some nice smelling stuff in it. They worked with my insurance company USAA and were totally flexible when I ran into issues with USAA STEPH is TOP NOTCH. She communicated every step of the way. The work was done within estimated timeframe, was excellent. The team at Fort Collins Collision Repair rocks!
