Ordered food via the app. Received a harassing call from another “customer” in Wesley Chapel, FL, claiming we utilized their account and rewards points for the order. The order was placed in the app under my account with my PayPal account. I received several harassing messages and when I spoke to the East Lake/Palm Harbor store, they said it was a computer glitch. Spoke to Papa Johns corporate and they said all they could tell me is to change my password. Now someone else has my contact info, possibly my payment info, and we had to cancel our order and find something else to eat. So incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Can’t believe that any of this happened and all the Papa Johns staff could care less. Unbelievable. We are long term customers and no longer will be. Sad.

This location majorly failed a large order with us. GM Anthony reached out to apologize for the mishap. He went above and beyond with a secondary large order. We are happy to continue to do business with Papa John's.

We ordered Alfredo pasta and the portion was extremely small. We requested ranch dressing and garlic butter and did not receive it. I’m never ordering from them again! They need to train the manager to have better customer service. No courtesy to offer anything else to make up for the terrible quantity and service.
