Staff was friendly and helpful. Went in for vaccine clinic today and ended up doing some shopping as well. Store has a great selection for all different types of animals in one spot. Super clean and plenty of parking. Excellent experience and we will be back.

Have shopped in this location for years. Always have great experience with the sales people and products until I sent my husband to buy a new bulb for lizard. He brought home wrong thing eventhough I sent him with old bulb. They told him bulb they were selling him was the same. It was shaped different. I called and spoke to the associate who sold it to him and he assured me bulb would be fine. Well my lizard is still alive but the heat soared in his habitat. Sent my husband back, would not return or exchange for different light because somewhere in transit receipt got lost. There was no record of sale because my husband did not give them my phone number. They didn't ask for it. So now I have no bulb or no refund. Cost me $16 and have nothing at all.. Anyhow after years of being my favorite to pet store I guess I will be going to Petco. Very disappointed

Very very kind. I bought my first pet, a rabbit, and they gave me all info I asked them. Shop is clean and all employees had the mask. Very good!
