Jade is amazing! I had an issue for my dog and needed something very specific and Jade took the time to help me try it on and check us out even when my dog tried to grab a bone on the way out we were able to get everything resolved everything I needed and she was so helpful I highly recommend this store

Terrible grooming department. After waiting 15 minutes to get checked in they tried to force me to upgrade (30.00 more then I’d paid in the past), when i didn’t want it asked the manager to wave it he said no it’s a new policy. When i complained and said this is not cool you shouldn’t b able to force an up grade on people but said ok because i didn’t have a choice then the groomer Drew said he wouldn’t groom her at all now because he was uncomfortable with the confrontation. OMG really?!?!?!3

Have been coming here for nearly 7 years and have never really had a problem, until now. I was waiting in the back for help with taking a fish out of a tank, and nobody showed up for about 10 minutes. I eventually walked to the front counter where one worker was having a conversation with a customer and the other was shuffling around papers. I asked if I could receive help in the back and was replied with “There’s only two of us, you’ll have to wait” in a very mean demeanor, by a woman named Jody(or Judy). I said it’s no problem, I’ll be in the back waiting. I waited about another 10-15 minutes before approaching the counter again. When I got up there the younger worker was helping a customer at the register and Judy was still standing at the register and waved to me and said “if you’re ready I’ll take you here”. Not acknowledging the conversation we had 10 minutes ago, I replied “I’m actually still waiting on service in the back”. At that point she completely raised her voice with me and got over the top rude. I replied with “ma’am I don’t know who you think you’re speaking to, but this is not how you work in customer service”. I then made eye contact with the younger worker and she followed me to the back to assist me. I have worked in customer service for 8+ years and have never encountered someone quite like this women. I see she’s been mentioned in other reviews as well. I even think she’s a manager. Maybe corporate really needs to get involved, but you’ve lost my business after 7 years thanks to that woman.

Very friendly staff! They had just what we were looking for. They did have pet food shortages but honestly it was no different than the supermarket shortages. I certainly don't fault them. They also have grooming services if you're in need. Parking is great and very easy to get in and out of. I would definitely return.

Honestly I don't know but if they have a vet there you should be able to. I just go through my vet, 1800 Pet Meds or Chewy.
This isn't where you ask questions to the business-it's where you ask the general public who's BEEN to the business LOL. Having said that, my friend happens to work for Petco & yes they carry small dog booties. Cheers
