I recently went here with what I believed was strep. I was tested with a rapid test and told it was viral. However, the virus has caused an infection in my throat and the doctor will not prescribe an antibiotic to kill the infection. And the nurse refuses to call the doctor about this situation. I thought it was a great experience until it has gotten worst. And the nurse I talked too was rude and zero help.

Was there over a hour ago and was taken quickly and diagnosed fast.nurses was pleasant and the dr was polite and explained well.was given the medication needed to finally get rid of this cough.if ever i need treatment i be sure to return..

The nursing staff and the doctor were very quick and efficient, but from a financial and insurance aspect this has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was seen back in JULY for a laceration to my eyebrow. I was charged $1,390 for a visit where they cleaned and glued my laceration. I was in and out within an hour. I have tried to have money deducted from my bill as I have just purchased my first home this year, and unexpectedly had to buy a new vehicle. During this covid-19 pandemic I along with everyone else has been having to budget their money more carefully. They refused to deduct any of the money from my ER bill and the "best they could do" was lower my monthly payments to $20 a month. On top of this, I just got a bill in NOVEMBER from Envision Physician Services for an additional $400. I was completely unaware that I was going to be billed from the Physician himself separately. If your emergency allows it, save yourself the financial burden and go to a Baycare facility.

Today I brought my husband into 24/7 Trinity ER in Palm Harbor. From the guard at front door to every nurse, tech,and Dr Wallace, the care was amazing. Their professionalism, caring treatment and attention was greatly appreciated. We were made to feel comfortable and were kept informed! My husband has numerous medical conditions and all were addressed and treated. We left there with copies of all labs and discs from scans and felt very comfortable. The nurses, techs,and Dr’s deserve a 10+ star rating!
