Ordered birth certificate for Jason John Hasselman on November 11-12-2019, have not received it yet?
Yes check or money order and debit or credit. Just no cash
Use
There open at lunch
It was $20.00. They take cards and it was a 45 minute wait the day I was there.
You have to bring your state issued identification. There is a form there to complete. The cost was $20. I paid with a bank card. You should be able to receive it the same day as long as there are no issues. The adult requesting the certificate is required to provide identification.
No. Marriage certificates are issued by county in PA. You need to go to the courthouse in whatever county issued your marriage certificate and get a copy from them. Good luck.
They have forms in the public office. You need $20 check or money order and valid government issued ID or two pieces of mail verifying your mailing address
It costs $20 and if you get it in person they only accept debit/credit cards, checks, or money orders
I would say about 2 weeks. I just waited there for mine only took 30 minutes
Yes
20.00 maybe not sure. It is posted on window at reception desk.
Look on birth certificate
I believe the fee is 20 dollars and they do not take cash
The one in New Castle PA it's for all of Pennsylvania
Yes
I believe 20 dollars
No, not the original. Just an official replica with a raised seal.
I believe that you have to do it by appointment only right now
You should be able to get a copy of it from the county courthouse for the county in which you were married.
20.00 with money order
Not only are they a bunch of crooks there a bunch of incompetent crooks..
You have to request it, and then it arrives in a few weeks. There is also a fee but I don't know how much.
Same day service in New Castle office, some offices do not do same day
Yes, it does. Only check or money order accepted, no cash. Cost is $20 per certificate. If you do not have a valid government issued photo ID, you will need 2 pieces of mail verifying your mailing address, such as W2, utility bills, bank statement, pay stub, etc
Fill out an application, bring HER ID and $20 check or money order. She's an eligible requester, can get for you using her own signature and ID.
No gold seal, raised and embossed seal.
Twenty dollars at the window no cash
Get on line down load a form answer all questions Then take original birth certificate from hospital and take s.s. card proof of address from a letter If your their early you may have to wait two hours or they will mail it to you
Yes you can , and you don't have to take anything.
No
I can tell you that in November of 2018, Pennsylvania passed a law that gives everyone, including adopted children the right to their own birth certificate. So it is your constitutional right now.
They made it possible to get your origional birth certificate with bio parents name on it in November of 2017 or 18. Where you have to call or write to get it or ask for the application, but I did receive mine and only my birth moms name was on it and she passed on 2017 unfortunately. Still dont know who my birthday is or if he ever even knew about me. I was searching since I was 16 now I will never know.
Yes I've gone twice once for myself and just yesterday with a friend of mine took less than 15 minutes to fill out the application for your birth certificate and getting it...in and out literally max 20 mins each time I went. Its $20 per copy needed.
you either have to go vital statistics in person to get your birth certificate, or go to website health.pa.gov. You can order via mail it will take 4 to 6 months to receive. from that same website you can order via vital check, it will be more expensive however the processing time is a little shorter. This is if ordered via vital check. If you where born 1967-Present 3-6 weeks, 1967- prior 18-20 weeks. Regular mail: Birth 30 weeks, Death 36 weeks.
go to health.pa.gov
yes you need to called to their window by 11:30 am to receive on same day. Once the process begins expect to wait between an 1-3 hours. Waiting depends on how busy they are.
yes you need to be called to their window by 11:30 am to get same day. Usually an hour to 3 hours wait after called to window depending how busy they are. cost is $9 dollar money order check only.
I read a couple negative answers concerning the time it takes to have someone answer the phone I found no problem whatsoever I called them on the 11th of september and I was number 8 on the list it took about 25 to 26 minutes for someone to answer the phone and take my call. I was interested in the status of my application that I sent in on July 6th. They were very professional and took care of my questions and was very happy with their answers
no you need to go the register of wills located at the courthouse
go to website health.pa.gov they will answer all questions on that site.
