i had sent paperwork and check that was deposited beginning of April for 2 Copies of My sons birth certificate Benjamin Dean Gross DOB 05/23/2001 I have attempted to call numerous times and have not been able to get thru please advise

I read a couple negative answers concerning the time it takes to have someone answer the phone I found no problem whatsoever I called them on the 11th of september and I was number 8 on the list it took about 25 to 26 minutes for someone to answer the phone and take my call. I was interested in the status of my application that I sent in on July 6th. They were very professional and took care of my questions and was very happy with their answers

I also have been having the same issue. They told me they mailed it over a month ago but I still haven’t received anything. :/ they told me if my check was cashed they would have mailed it then but they cashed my check months ago. It’s frustrating.

I'm having the same issue. They cashed my check immediately but never issued my birth certificate. It's 4 months later now.
