You can go to New Castle to do this. You will probably need proof of your last name,your daughters birth certificate, proof of something with her last name your wanting to add. With no problems, you can have it in about 15 minutes. We were just there last week adding hubby's middle name.The have forms there for birth certificates if you need to fill one out.
