Ordered first birth certificate online waited 6 months to get it and my first name was spelled wrong. So I sent thru the mail and got it in a week still first name spelled wrong. If I call this number can I talk to a person?

Not only are they a bunch of crooks there a bunch of incompetent crooks..

I just helped my brother get his birth certificate and we had to call to get an appointment to go in the office. We had to fill the papers out online then email them to the new castle vital records. The one form was an appointment request and the other form was for the birth certificate. If you do it that way maybe they can fix your name or find out why it is spelled wrong.
