Asking for a tip is a no-no. STOP DOING IT! I gave 15% tip and you were offended and said that it wasn’t enough since two nail techs worked on me. I regret feeling pressured to give you more than what I thought was fair. Remember a tip is a voluntary contribution. The service was not over above average so again, I tipped accordingly. So next time you receive a tip over your service price say “thank you”.

I had an appointment at 5:15 and I sat there until 7pm and nobody started my nails. They were also being very rude to some of the other customers they were working on

Came in for a pedicure and was cut. I told her it hurt me and she completely ignored my comment. She proceeded to cut my cuticles aggressively. I brought the blood up to her attention and she tried to clean multiple times, but it kept bleeding. Her practices were extremely unsanitary as she but the liquid bottle tip in my blood. This is very easy way for diseases to be transmitted. Very very unsanitary. She was going to proceed and paint over the blood. She was rude about the whole experience and I am very disappointed. Came here a few times before and never had such a bad experience. I understand accidents happen but they did not address the situation adequately enough. Will not be coming here again. The picture was taken two hours after I left, and is still bleeding. Save your time and money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Extremely unprofessional. I travel a lot and know 5 different languages. I went in and felt it was a little different. I asked for my usual which I've gotten here for years and was told they don't do that and kept pressing me to get something I don't want. I kindly asked them if they can do what I wanted and all of the tech began to talk to each. Little do they know I know the language they were speaking. I kindly informed them if the facility had new owners and the said yea. I kindly apologized and told them I will try elsewhere. Then in their language called me a F------ female dog. Sorry not sorry I will spend$100 elsewhere.
