If you think you’re getting a nice hotel ROOM based off the pictures they have of the lobby. You are wrong. The room was very outdated, bathroom was not clean, housekeeping did not come make our room even though we put the sign to have it cleaned. Our room key did not work, every night when we were trying to get inside our room, we had to go downstairs and get our card fixed. There was no breakfast like stated. We had to repeatedly ask housekeeping to come clean the room and bring in new towels. It’s not worth the price.

For a best western it’s pretty good. They are all privately own but this location staff was very diverse and amazing and the front desk was great. The housekeeping was good no bugs. No loud noise and surrounded by so many good stores and restaurants. Exactly what you see in owners photos is what u get. Will recommend

The area has great food places. The rooms were being updated so we are excited to come back and see the work that's being done. The service was impeccable. The maintenance man (I think his name was Bill) seen us struggling to get into the room and showed us that we were swiping the card the wrong way. Tesh and Sunum were very helpful and friendly and the lady cleaning the lobby greeted us with a warm smile. The place was fantastic all around. Downfall was there was no hot breakfast but we were informed that it was coming soon.

We were very disappointed with our stay. Nice lobby and friendly staff but.it ends there. Our room smelled AWFUL! I don't know what the smell was but it was hard to sleep, it was so bad. The beds were uncomfortable. The carpets are old and dirty and the walls were stained and gross. Also, you could hear every footstep and voice outside the room. Also, it says on the website that they have a free Continental breakfast, but they only had unripeded bananas and a couple granola bars.
