All three gentlemen were polite, informative and asked if I had any additional questions before I was asked to sign the delivery confirmation. America may have lost it need for great customer service but, Value City hasn’t. Great Job!!!!

Earnest Engels at the Burbank location was the absolute best. First of all, he made great recommendations. He was very knowledgeable of the brands and quality of all the furniture. I needed a sofa for a small space and he immediately walked to my options and quoted the brand, style and specs. He helped me to differentiate high end vs low end quality furniture. He had the structure and quality of mattresses down to a science. He was very patient and explained the pros and cons of spring, foam and hybrid mattresses. He even knew the number of inches in space I would gain if i downgraded from a king to queen bed. He really cared about the long term experience of my purchase. This was my all time best experience at Value City. He is a model salesman and his understanding of all things Value City should be replicated throughout your corporation.

I got the most beautiful royal blue firm couch with legs and a grey headboard. I had a very friendly worker who was able to help me find these nice quality things for my house. I would highly recommend if your looking for some nice quality furniture

I had a great experience in this store. Nobody followed me around pushing different products on me . I was greeted by a salesperson who introduced herself and explained that she would be available for any questions I may have when I was ready. She answered all my questions and was very polite and explained the store’s promotions for the day. I received my purchase in 4 days and the delivery guys were great as well.
