My boyfriend and I came into the store close to closing last night. Theresa was very kind, informative and considerate to our needs. She never rushed us and made sure we tested out the best mattresses Bob’s has to offer. She also made sure we were aware of how important, convenient & efficient a mattress covers is. We appreciate her help and when we come back for living room furniture we’ll be searching for her. P.S. Let’s not forget about the store manager David. He was welcoming, kind and helpful as well. That also makes a difference.!
