Called ahead to Make an appointment, was told I wouldn't have to wait for pedicure as I made an appointment. Dropped my kids off at the sitter to be on time for my appointment to be told the wait is 25 minutes upon my arrival Thanks Pro nails for the wasted time and money spent on a sitter for nothing.

Positives: the finished product of my no chip mani and pedi was good Negatives: The nail technician scaped my heel and left it cut, bloody, and painful. Also saw a discarded utensil package in my pedi bowl when he let the water out. I hope my heel doesn't get infected

I love coming here. I have only ever had my nails done by Andy, I will wait if he has another customer because I love the way he does them. If you go in early they are usually not busy. I went in late, once, and it was super busy.
