Very long wait bad experience camera system went down could not get my photo for my new ID it took them 45 minutes to notify us the camera system was down felt very bad for an old man could have been more than 70 years old sitting in the chair waiting for his photo while they were screwing around trying to get the camera to work I am not impressed this place needs work oh by the way where was the supervisor that could have fixed all of this there was only two employees there and over 30 people waiting this place needs a lot of work

The DMV staff are on top of their business, in and out within an hour, very polite and very friendly, even with what is going on with this Covid-19. DMV TODAY 04/06/2022 , THE STAFF WAS QUICK AND VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL TO GET YOU IN AND OUT , I WAITED 20 MINUTES I was # 31 and they were on 25, normally you'd wait 3 hours. Well not today, they're on top of their game.

By far one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. There was no sense of urgency for the people waiting in the lobby nor was the wait time acknowledged. The staff at this location is extremely detached and give off the vibe that they are being inconvenience by our presence. However they are very prompt when it is their break time or lunch time, I only wish they were that efficient in assisting customers. I understand that this is the DMV but when customer come in to conduct business near closing time the staff should not repeat that they close in "X" amount of minutes. It's very interesting that they want US to to leave so they can go home on time but have no consideration of our time while we wait.
