During a very sad and unexpected time of loss, my experience with Columbia Funeral Home was smooth and easy to navigate. They are informed, kind, compassionate, helpful, and patient. They offered resources for grief, the ability to get thumbprints via other sources and links, and had answers to all questions. I feel they were as professional as could be, and I’m forever grateful.

**Update**. 9/16/2021 After only 10 months of losing my husband I had to make arrangement again for my mother-in-law. There was no question about calling on Columbia Funeral Home as they have been like family and make such a sad time bearable. Again, they know exactly what to do and they handle it all with kindness, patience and grace. I’m so thankful to all the staff and to Holly, I can’t imagine going through anything like this without them. Respectfully, Shayla I felt so comforted going through this with Holly. She was so patient and thorough. She helped guide me through this process so graciously. I never would have though dealing with the death of a spouse and all the details that require attention could be so seamless. Holly and all the staff of Columbia Funeral Home have been a blessing to me during such a tragic time. They know exactly why they’re doing and it’s obvious. Thank you for your kindness and incredible service!

We do not have any plan for my dad but when he passed away we called this place and they came to us right away and helped us transport my dad remains back home 8,500 miles away (Philippines). We were told In other funeral homes that it will be a long process and could take 4 to 6 weeks due to documentation that will take time to process and need to get approve from immigration and also with flight reservations. BUT with this funeral only did it for 2 weeks. I am so thankful for Carynn for doing her very best to speed up this process. She even worked weekend to keep in touch with me with updates. Also thanks to Holly for notarizing the documents. They also had a cemetery and we had a boulder for my dad’s memory in Garden of Tranquility. Again, in behalf of all my family I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work to make this happen and my family to see my dad person for the last time.

The funeral home treated my loved one with dignity and respect. Carynn helped us navigate through the arrangements during this difficult time. She walked us through the entire process and followed up on the details. They were always willing to answer questions and offer grief support as needed.

I'm not aware of a funeral that was held on this day. The funeral home held its annual candlelight ceremony but we were not involved in any funerals.
Hi Susan, Yes we would, but we would actually prefer for you to stay beneficiary and just have the insurance company pay us for our bill and they would pay you the balance. Please feel free to call if you have any questions.
