Rented a Uhaul from this place and got charged for gas after putting gas in. Charged for 1.7 gallons of gas for only going 10 miles after putting $10 in. Will not use this uhaul outlet again. There was a discrepancy and I have pictures to prove it.

No they do not have heat, yet are some what insulated. And yes, they do have air circulation
