The only reason for three stars is the current staff are trying to make the best of a bad situation -- no tellers, drive-thru, everything by appointment. I think as currency becomes more cyber Chase will regret removing humans helping humans and realize what they did to obsolete themselves in retail banking.

First of all make sure to wear a face covering and keep social distancing Maybe to be on the safe side just make sure to call in the local branch to ask themself if you need so or just walk in and ask to talk to any banker. Or if you have internet access you can book a appointment on Chase.com good luck
