Very well kept branch. Came with a friend to open a bank account. Appointment is probably recommended but after a little wait we were able to be seen without an appointment. They have a comfortable waiting area with couches. The banker who assisted is was very friendly and professional and very understanding.

I showed up at the branch at 4:30 only to watch the manager lock the front door! Apparently, BofA has Covid19 hours. I was really frustrated as I was buying a car and the current owner was driving up from Folsom so we could do the transaction. The manager (it was Friday, Sept. 18th) was very kind and helped me brainstorm how I could do the deal the next day, how I should withdraw money from the ATM both days and then come in to the bank the following day to get the remaining cash. I am very grateful for his calm guidance. Thank you.

Why are you only open from 10am to 4pm. Everyone works during those hours. How am I supposed to deposit my checks with such short hours. Absolutely ridiculous! The credit unions seem to be able to work regular hours. Why can’t Bank of America work regular hours?
