My experience has always been good at this location. Yes, I've remove my baseball hat and sunshades upon entering the bank (without being told to do so), but I understand that this is safety policy i.e. so that video cameras can see who is entering and leaving the bank. I'm cool with it, I’m there to take care of business. The Personal Bankers have always greeting me. If I need to see them and if they are sitting in their office alone I speak to them(it just how I was raised). Sometime there is a short wait, but it is a busy location due to location.

Staff is very unprofessional and ghetto. I wish this wasn’t my home back unfortunately I didn’t have the luxury to choose. It’s ridiculous I couldn’t use the bank near my home my zip is 70816 not sure why 70805 bank is my home better banking and bankers on my side I highly recommend Sherwood bank. Dana the assistant super rude and they don’t handle complaints well.
