It use to be a nice branch, before that stupid covid hit!! Now half of the branches are closed and they fired rest of the people, this one has only one teller to take care of the customers!! People still need to go to the bank not just use the app!! The line is always long, like all the way to the door or outside!! Why????????

Was at another BofA with a lock box. They closed for weeks without warning and when re-opened only had lock box hours during workday on weekdays. I was told I could move my lock box to another branch. I moved to Elk Grove at an additional expense of opening a new lock box. After a few weeks Elk Grove also changed to only being opened during workday on weekdays. It's not possible to visit a lockbox via ATM or mobile app, so any facility with lock boxes should have some hours outside of M-F "normal" workday. This change, like the previous ones, was done with no notification to customers outside of possibly a web page which I do not visit daily and there was probably no consideration to anything but profit margins. Short term increases in profit margins most likely will not make up for the bad reputation BofA is developing with a large population of their current customers.

Been a customer more than a 10 years, Stop by today with my son at this location (70 Biesterfield , Elk Grove Viilage ) . Suddenly son needed a restroom, and I asked politely one of Bank Employee (Christina - relationship manager), and she was kind of rude “Saying No”, she might be a little bit more polite to any customers like me. ;(. Before I used to go branch on Lincoln and Belmont (Chicago, 60657) is the best one ever. Keep going to old one even it is far from me.
