Be careful with this hotel. Parking your car is unsafe. My family stayed at this hotel on Friday 06/24. We woke up to leave Saturday morning to discover the catalytic converter on our hybrid Toyota Prius was gone. Someone had gone under our car to cut out the catalytic converter. Not sure how much the hotel staff are involved in this given we had to fill our car make and model. Totally ruined our plans as we had to start looking for mechanic to fix the car. I read through other reviews now and I see other people with similar experience. The hotel itself was not the best value for money. Not too clean, below par customer service.

Positive: Professional, courteous staff! Clean room and decent parking! I was extremely comfortable in my room and there was little to no noise from the other rooms. Definitely enjoyed the jacuzzi! Negative: One particular thing that bugged me was that if I was coming down Touhy Ave towards the hotel that I couldn't turn left into the parking lot, so I had to learn the alternate route behind the hotel. Not a huge deal...but that was all.

The locks don't lock like they should to the rooms. People steal clothes right from the washer or dryer. People at the front desk are rude. The location sucks. The room was dusty the shower head was dirty. Let's see what else, they kids just run up and down the hallway. Can't say worse because of the motel 6 a couple of doors down

Was not expecting Hilton type quality, is a discount hotel. But, was only staying while waiting for my flight. The hotel is clean and appears to be in good shape. The room was above standard and kept the star rating up. The clientele on the other hand....Wow. Kids running the halls all hours of the night screaming, drunk guests making so much noise, and who leaves stained under ware in the hallway? I have mixed emotions on the staff. The front desk staff was hit and miss. Some nice some just seemed to hate everyone. The cleaning staff were so nice and did an awesome job. Was more than happy to leave a tip for them.
