Got in really late and was immediately told that our room was likely gone, after already paying online. Night Manager was incredibly rude. Also had someone on a cot (that we brought) and asked for a blanket. Was told they don't have any... in a hotel... ridiculous! Also, the TV didn't work and the shower was clogged. Stay away! Or at an express

This is one of the WORST hotel that I stayed for three days. Lack of hotel staff. No available staff that you can ask if you need a towel. The shower is clogged and you can't even close the curtain shower while your a tasking a bath becasue is it broken. The washroom is too small. The aircondition is so noisy.

It's a refurbished older hotel that is still nice. As some one who lives in hotels due to work on the road, this place really is nice for the location area etc. Bed and furnishings are new and more than comfortable. Staff is pleasant. The restaurant attached has some of the best tasting, quality food for a good price, that I've had in 2 years. If I have to fly via Chicago O'Hare, I'm staying here. If I'm passing through, I'm stopping at Shelby Campbelss to eat.

Stayed at this hotel a lot in the past. It’s an older hotel so you expect a little dated inventory, but room 427, my gosh, not even sure where to start. Bathroom door not closing properly, couldn’t pull the curtains properly, rust almost everywhere, bed had some interesting spots…! Then if you want people to fill out the sheet directing if new towels etc are needed, should tell people where to put those towels and that sheet. Normally you leave them together on the ground in the bathroom, now you have to put them in front of the room…no problem, just have to let people know. The lady upfront (white,shorter black hairs) during the day at the counter probably had a bad week (was there for a week) because nobody can be on purpose that unfriendly….the guy evenings and nights was great. Pretty sure nobody cares about this…just FYI
