Maria Rualcaba does a wonderful job navigating difficult circumstances for this helpless veteran. Even with the added necessary security, every visit and contact is a worthwhile caring experience. It's a big machine and I know that I couldn't manage it without her.

Terrible. The supervisor Lisa at the Reno office is terrible. Excuses for everything and no help, just harassment. I do not recommend this office for a veteran that really needs help. There work is hurried and inconsiderate of veterans, they just do not care. Their work did not reflect how I felt or my injuries properly. I dont trust them and they have caused me more harm than good. All of these appointments required by the VA and nothing accomplished because of the Veteran service officer assigned to my case and her supervisors inability to listen instead of defend her employees terrible work. Very depressed about the outcome of my case and these people should be ashamed for not listening

So far VR&E is not answering the phone. Finding a few more numbers for the Reno VARO hopefully will help.

Can't even find the number to talk to a real person. Thanks for having my back Uncle Sam...

If it's with the VA then they should have a copy of all your medical records all you have to do is call or go into your nearest office
What was the question?
Call 1-800-827-1000 and let them know he has passed or you can go to the VBA regional office on Corporate Way in Reno.
You'll have to talk to the VHA hospital on Kirman Ave. They deal with all the healthcare stuff.
No but who cares i went there and they just handed me cards and let another veteran in without a mask
If it's VA compensation then no it's tax free.
I think there is some kind of donation thing I'm not sure
VSO. Veterans Service Officer. Some are hired by counties and have county offices.
You need to talk to the benefits office and see if you have enough active time to qualify. I believe you need 180 of active service.
Hi Bill, there are various types of veterans' benefits. Here is a listing of all VA benefits and how to apply for them: benefits.va.gov/benefits/applying.asp
