I always have a pleasant experience at this location but yesterday was truly exceptional. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Rio and let me just say, wow, way to go above and beyond to help a customer! I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I entered the store but chose to look on my own for a particular item first. When I didn’t see it in stock, Rio looked it up for me, called two different stores until it was found, and completed each step with a smile. Other stores might have simply said sorry we’re all out but not here! Thank you for making everything so easy for me. Wonderful experience!
