Absolutely amazing service and selection. I’m from out of town and needed a suit last minute. I wish these employees were closer to me because It’s rate to find service this great! My husband and I went in to find something nice for our anniversary. 3 people at the register, 3 or 4 in the back at a desk, and 2 roaming around the store. Not a single person acknowledged us. I personally dug through 4 different piles of shirts looking at sizes and still no one said anything. Not "what are you looking for?" "Can I help you find something" not even a simple "how are you today?" So we left. It's our second bad experience at this store and I can confidently say we'll never return.

Walked in to pick up my 3 year old’s suit and was waiting to be helped. A large party of around 12 guys walked in after us and were waiting also. They immediately got helped and my son and I had to wait for over an hour to finally be assisted despite walking in before them. By the time we got his suit he was tired and agitated and we couldn’t try it on because he was too frustrated. We spent close to $300 for a rental and would have been better off just purchasing the suit. I’d be okay with spending the money if the service was good but this was the second time this has happened to me here.
