I took my elderly lab there two days ago to have her back leg evaluated and for diarrhea. They said we were doing everything correctly for her leg and said to give her probiotics for the diarrhea which we already were doing. My dog still has very bad diarrhea and I called there and they said in order to treat my dog for diarrhea I would have to come back in and pay another $175 evaluation fee when she was just there two days ago for the same exact thing. The person was very rude on the phone and said either pay the new evaluation fee or go somewhere else because they weren’t going to do anything for my dog even though they had just seen her two days ago. I don’t understand how anyone could be so disconnected or cold. Save your money and your pet snd go somewhere else! 🤬
