The pharmacy is inefficient. There is an older white man with brownish-grey hair working in the pharmacy who was incredibly confused while processing my request this afternoon around 2pm. He could not find my information after multiple tries. A younger staff member typed in my information and found the prescription instantly. He walked away from the counter without completing the transaction. The same younger staff member had to stop her task to complete my transaction. She was managing both her responsibilities and his. I am writing to encourage Walgreens to check on the older staff member. It seems unsafe for this person to handle prescription medications.

Called four times to get a prescription transferred, the first time they said it was hangled but no update hours later. When I called again 6 hours later they hadn't done it and said they would get it done within 2 hours, the next call I was on hold for an hour and was hung up on, the fourth time again was told they would get it in. I finally went in in person and they still hadn't transferred anything and I had to wait two hours in the store for them to actually get it done. I don't know if it's just a texas thing but the pharmacys in this state are absolute trash. This is the 13th I've dealt with and all are horrible.

I’ve been a customer at this Walgreens since I moved to Denton in 2011 and it feels like KATIE has been working there the entire time. I called the Saturday before Easter frantic to purchase eggs that I could put candy in. Not only did she know that they still had some but offered to pull them for me when I said I was on my way. This wonderful person always seems to be going out of her to make sure you have the best experience you can! Katie if you are reading this I see you girl! You are appreciated!

Who was the Hispanic kid working the pharmacy drive up on March the 16th, 2022 at 7 PM?. Somebody needs to teach him some manners. When I pulled up, he barked out 'what is my name' and when I told him I was picking up for someone else, while I was in the middle of a sentence, he barked out 'what is the date of birth' and then when I got my medicines, said absolutely nothing, no thank you, nothing. Rude as anything Whoever the manager is here needs to have this person terminated. Get rid of him and hire someone who cares about people.

no, you can drop medicine in the bottles. I feel that would be preferred to loose pills in a big metal tin.
