I would never do business with David Kohll. He is unethical in the way he runs his business internally, clearly showing it externally. By reading others reviews on their customer service it is no wonder that they follow their example. Yes, they should accept them and send it to Omaha for repair. I will warn you have very bad service when doing this for myself. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere, the company literally told me they lost my walker at one point and I had to wait a few months to get it back.
