If you are looking for an amazing place to live in Southern Pines, you found it. Apartments are well upkept, maintenance and leasing staff are always helpful and available. Amenities constantly updated. Neighbors are very friendly and always willing to lend a hand. I am in the military and was concerned about a 40 minute commute to work, but I will take that commute every time if I get to live at Tyler’s Ridge. If I ever come back to the NC area, I will always come back to this amazing place.

Awesome place to live. Incredible management team. Katie and the team actually care about their residents, the apartments and common areas. By far the best management I have experienced at an apartment complex. The location is great with Harris Teeter across the street and Reservoir Park just a short walk away.
