This is a fantastic restaurant. The clam chowder was the best I’ve ever eaten...and that’s saying a LOT. I think we are now going to have to plan our trips so that we can stay overnight in Charleston. I don’t think we will be able to drive thru and not stop at the Tidewater Grill!!

The service blew us away. Apparently they fly in fresh seafood three times a week, including Friday. The food was great, but if you want something spicy, tell them very spicy. The blackened salmon isn't spicy at all.

Man, I missed their Jerk Shrimp and it did not disappoint. Last night we ended up ordering two 1/2 pounds. So GOOD!! We sat at the bar, and our bar tender was a God Send. She was super friendly and VERY helpful.

Absolutely fantastic food was hot and fresh. Fried food was cooked perfect not greasy and soggy. Tressa our waitress was also great very knowledgeable and prompt. We will be back 10/10 prices are well worth the food!

They do offer their bread for sale now in the restaurant. A package of dough to take home and bake.
Yes.
After eating there 3 weeks ago, they have seen me for the last time. Service was TERRIBLE, food value was extremely poor, and presentation was low. I have never experienced such an evening out in my life. STEER CLEAR OF THE TIDEWATER GRILL.
