I come to their gym and enjoy it completely. It is small. No it doesn't have the perks of swimming pools and saunas but for me it gives me everything I need for a good workout 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Price to rent for about 3 hrs?

They don't rent. You can join for $10 a month. Which allows you to use the exercise equipment, take the classes and do the other things. But to use the building for personal reasons I am not sure about. You would have to ask about.
