I get so aggravated with their service. You call and machine answers and if you leave a message they don't return your call. I am on hold now and have been on hold. Trying to get my cable on, but to no avail😤 Getting the run around 😡

Internet service is terrible! Way over priced and customer service is non existent. If you want to talk to someone, you should just go in the office because they wont answer the phone!

Every service they offer is sub par and over priced. I went 2 months with internet that barely worked before they figured out the problem
