Waited in the drive thru 20 minutes for and milkshake and it was as thin as milk. Ask for a remake and they gave me a totally different shake. We ended up just leaving. This location has no sense of urgency.

Horrible experience. Pulled up to the drive through... the person rushed us to order. Drove off and the food was cold. Going back tomorrow to get my 2 free meals and never going back there ever again.

Busy place so they have you order from the computer screens. Had a coupon for a free milkshake. The computer wanted me to scan the WE code on the coupon. Only problem was there was no QR code on my coupon. Told the manager and he was extremely quick to go to his computer and order the milkshake for me. Absolutely was impressed with that manager he was extremely nice and accommodating.

Some places are worth the wait, and in my experience Steak 'n Shake is one of them. I've dined at several around the region and each time received excellent, friendly service plus the food is always great.
Pity was a good employee. I worked together with him for 8 years to today was my day off
