We ordered online, at 8:30am for a 11:45am delivery. As of 12:33 our Doordasher is still waiting at the store to pickup our order. And the order total is for $161.00. We ordered lunch for a business meeting. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Firehouse SUCKS!

My sub was good as it always has been from Firehouse Subs, but this location was incredibly slow even though there was hardly no one else in the store. I don't live in the area and was only traveling through so I don't expect to be back to this location, but having to wait nearly half an hour for a sandwich with only two other people in the store seemed a bit much.

I stopped going because they prioritize call-in orders ahead of walk-in orders. They usually have a lobby full of customers holding a cup and a bag of chips but no sandwich. They only value call-in and online orders. Really a bummer.

I wish i could give a better rating but only giving 2 stars because it is close to work. I experienced a but of a wait which was not bad for it to be busy but only to find the bread was old and had mold. Now im skipping lunch because I dont have time for a backup
