So here we are again on another adventure. This is the start of us on a small Florida trip. We landed got our car and looked for pancakes and found Bake Shack. It is a small little cafe that is powerful. They are very busy and you can tell they handle business. It reminds me of one of those phone games where you can build a restaurant. Well they excel at it. The food is excellent, the service is off the hook and if I wasn't so stuffed with pancakie goodness, I'd probably be in a sugar shock from the donut that I bought to try later. They make their own maple syrup by the way. If you are in the area drop by and have a meal. PS. I would post some pictures but I smashed my pancakes and the wife ate most of hers.

Awesome place to eat. Pancakes we're bigger than the plate. Food was great and staff was very friendly. I'm from out of town and they made me feel as if I was back home.
