Super unprofessional return process. I was told numerous times the return email would be sent in minutes; an hour later I call them back only to be met with a short-tude. Just today I went to rent more gear and it was someone I hadn't talked to on the phone yet, great, new beginnings... He said I am banned from renting with a note on my account "rude to employee." If you want to avoid hassles and being banned for following up on their word, then use borrow lenses. Much cheaper as well

I called today to discuss a new project to make sure I had the right type of camera set-up. I was so impressed with the honesty of the staff. He explained my current set-up was sufficient and did not sell me on unnecessary equipment. This one comment sold me as a customer going forward. I love this approach to business. Take care of the customer and the sales will take care of themselves. Thank you!

Bad experience, customer service is at a zero... no one ever even called me.. They just asked me for a 2500 deposit via email and then canceled my order. Stick with borrowlenses or one of the big boys that won’t try to charge you full price just to RENT a lens with full protection plan included... and if your going to do that, at least start doing credit checks. That would be worth my time.
