I've been at the Prescott for 3 years and have enjoyed calling it home. The apartments are spacious with high quality finishes. The landscaping is on point. The management is responsive and accommodating with Deana and Lindsey always being super helpful. The maintenance team, led by Tahir, have been top notch and taken care of us promptly. Love this place!

Our experience with the Prescott has been excellent, particularly regarding maintenance/repairs. In the first few weeks of living here we had a few things to iron out and Jared and the maintenance team have responded to our service requests in an incredibly short time (and with patience!). It is clear that they care about the quality of the apartments and are considerate of the tenants. Honestly, it’s night and day from our last apartment and we love it!

I have been living at The Prescott since February of 2016. I am 52, work for the Government, and have rented my entire life (never owned a home) and this is by far the best place my wife and I have ever lived. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. It is well managed so it is quiet and the neighbors are polite. The amenities are great (pool, playground, clubhouse, car wash, dog park, valet trash service, Package Concierge). Dogs are well behaved and there is ample space for walking and jogging. Dog owners always pick up after their dogs and there are plenty of waste receptacles and free bags. You can live in a town home, a 3 or 2 bedroom apartment with sunny views with a loft (or without), a one bedroom by the pool or any of the other available apartments which are well priced - especially for Concord. You can't beat the Concord school district! The buses come to the complex at different times for the different grades. My oldest daughter just graduated from CCHS and my younger one will graduate in 2021. Lisa M. is an awesome manager. She has procured a great staff and they are always friendly and ready to help. The complex seems to always be improving - which is a sign of being well run. Lisa and her staff are always available and easy to talk to. They always go the extra mile - and this is very important (I'm a life-long renter and living in a well-managed place is very important to me). For example: Tai, the maintenance manager, who always seems to be going above and beyond for the residents, just added color-changing underwater lights to the pool -- and with the outdoor sound system you truly feel like you are at a resort. He also just added the ButterflyMX entrance system which enables residents to use their smart phones to allow access - it's a high-tech robust system and I'm very thankful for it. Tai has put together several holiday parties for the residents at the club house and the pool. These events are always fun (not boring or obligatory like one might expect). There are games, catered food, and DJ's! - and recently an ice cream truck for the kids at the pool. (In my 4 years here this is the first time the "Ice Cream Man" has made it to our neighborhood. This is a perfect example of going the extra mile and striving to provide excellent service to the tenants and their kids. These are the types of things kids will always remember). This is my second Greystar property. The staff at both complexes have shown great pride/work ethic in what they do and have provided my family and me a superior living experience. If anything in the apartment needs service the work is always done quickly and properly. The maintenance staff is friendly and my family has always appreciated their friendliness and timely work. We have lived here for 4 years and our intent is to stay here even after our youngest daughter goes to college. The Prescott is a relaxing and pleasant place to live - we truly enjoy it here. If you visit you will see what I mean; if you can, talk to a resident while here - they will definitely echo what I have written.
