I had been in contact with the owner, Jennifer for over a year on what flowers we were looking for our wedding. 10 months before the wedding we informed her that we switched venues. She said that was fine and we thought everything was good. She even updated the proposal for us. Fast forward to 51 days before the wedding. We get an email saying she "cancelled" us. Apparently since we switched venues that voided our contract. We were completely unaware of this. She offered to give us 2 bouquets and 2 boutonnieres as a "cancellation package" since we had already given her a non refundable $500 deposit. (These 4 items only equal $290) She told us that we would have no choice on the flowers that would be in them and she could not guarantee the colors we wanted. She would just give us whatever she had on hand that day. She also would not allow us to order the other $2000 worth of flowers we needed. She has now left us with the added stress of finding a florist only 50 days before the wedding, when planning a wedding is already stressful enough. If you do not want your wedding ruined I suggest staying away from Copper Penny Flowers. The process of working with Jennifer has been a complete nightmare.

I called asking for a thematic arrangement as my girlfriend and I were staying at the haunted room in the Colonial Inn. They did an AMAZING job!!! Delivered them promptly, picked out some amazing flowers, and gave us a beautiful vase. My girlfriend absolutely loved them and they definitely added to our weekend away. 10/10 would use again and highly recommend!!!

I cannot recommend Copper Penny Flowers enough! They gave me the most stunning flowers for my wedding! I have never seen such unique and beautifully crafted arrangements anywhere else. Their shop has character and it really shows in their flowers. Jennifer and her whole team were so kind and personable to my family, my wedding planner, and me throughout the entire process. Trying to plan a wedding in Boston while living in DC could have been a nightmare, but Jennifer and the whole Copper Penny team were always willing to coordinate via email, phone, or share ideas on Pinterest. They worked hard to give me all the flowers I wanted, even getting beautiful irises in February! The flowers were a complete dream, as was working with Jennifer and all of Copper Penny Flowers!
