My experience with Budget was great! The prices were fair and customer service was great. I had no issues from start to finish. I've rented from enterprise before and I will be coming back to Budget.

Never again Budget. Not sure your staff could be less helpful. Why would any of your vehicles in your lot not have current registration? Counter hours 10pm to 11pm, really? Better update your automated system. Dropping keys and contract in a drop in the early morning is so unusual, not. Again your automated system should be updated. Then when you finally speak to a human perhaps they should know that Avis pretty much handles your rentals at Pocatello Airport.

It is now Avis/Budget rental. The customer service was great. The attendants were knowledgable and easy to work with.😎 I rented an Explorer in which I needed a third row for all the kids. When I picked it up no third row, little panic set in😫. I went in and the guy went out and politely informed me it was tucked down (car was smarter then me😲). Then he helped me start the keyless car without me feeling like an moron. 👍Great prices also! Car could have been detailed better. I would work with them again any day. Check-in was simple and the car was clean and ran well. I would have preferred a different style of vehicle but it was fine.
