Never contact this company. They are scammers. my wife and I came to rent a car, but they told us that there were no free cars and offered us the most expensive one. I booked another car on the site but was refused because I have a temporary professional license! I'm just waiting for my plastic driver's license in the mail. They told me that we need plastic rights! It's illegal! They refused me because I refused to rent the most expensive car! Fraudsters! I will go to court for compensation for non-pecuniary damage!

Picked up my rental at 4:45pm without ACTUALLY getting into it. Returned at 5:15pm with my husband to change cars and drive the rental home. The rental I was given smelled strongly of marijuana and perfume (to cover the marijuana smell.) I knocked on the door and asked if I could change cars but was told no, the computers were shut down for the day. I returned the car after driving it 7 miles to my home and being struck by a severe migraine, eyes burning, throat hurting from the chemical perfume smell covering the marijuana smell.

Time and time again, I am blown away by the level of service provided by Mary. I rented a Camry from this location last weekend and reached out to Mary regarding a concern I had, and she handled it promptly and professionally. Its actually always a pleasant experience everytime I rent from this Enterprise. Bryce was helpful too upon my return. Definitely recommend renting from this location.

Rented a car due to an accident. My rental was almost up but my car was t ready. Enterprise made it possible for me to rent the same car at the same rate my insurance company had me at. Greatly appreciated. Service was great.
