My experience Enterprise didn't hesitate to resolve the issue n get me back on the road.....
I broke down in a state park in Alabama. Didn't have cell service. Finally found someone in a neighboring cabin that had a phone that worked. Enterprise guy told me that because I didn't purchase the Roadside Assistance Plan it was going to cost me quite a bit of $. Thank goodness I had AAA. So either purchase the roadside assistance package or rely on AAA or some other car service if you have it. Also, it' s a good idea to carry a set of jumper cables with you.
There is usually a phone number on the lease paperwork that you can call. It's similar to roadside assistance. This has only happened to me once and I was able to drive it to the local office and they switched out my rental.
