Absolutely wonderful experience with Jessup's. We initially worked with Kit who spoke with Milton about joining my engagement band and wedding band. Both were too big for me and the wedding band was almost breaking apart. I posted some before and after pics so you can see the difference. Milton joined the two bands and resized them to fit better. To say that I'm highly impressed by Milton is an understatement. I didn't want to take the bands back to Zales because I knew they would be sent out and it would take a few weeks. They had the repairs done in 10 days and it was very affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend Jessup's if you need jewelry repairs done. I will definitely go back again! Thanks for your hard work Milton and Kit! You've done a great job!

Very friendly people and atmosphere. I recently moved from the Chicago area and I miss my favorite neighborhood jewelers my father introduced me to YEARS ago, God rest his soul. Jessups reminds me of the great service and friendly relationship I’m used to from back home. They did a great job with my wife’s pandora bracelet and have been my go to place for all of my jewelry ever since. I even purchased a big screen from them…. Really??? Thanks guys!!!

First went to Jessup a few years ago to have a ring repaired. Found a treasure chest of estate jewelry...we like the older styles...for very good prices. Since then we have had jewelry cleaned and repaired on a regular basis...even had a ring custom made and bought several pieces. Found prices more than fair. Everyone we met has been friendly and helpful. Service is quick and top quality. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our jewelry needs.
