Enterprise staff was great, had me in and out. Chevy Malibu was clean inside and out, unfortunately after driving for 10min I could tell previous person's had smoked in the vehicle. And we don't expect high 80s in Dec but the A/C wasn't as cold as my own vehicle. Overall I'll rent again from Enterprise.

Chris is an amazing salesperson! He's without a doubt a major asset to Enterprise, he got us the exact vehicle we requested. He went above and beyond for us and when we were picking the SUV up, another gentleman was dropping off his rental and he overheard me telling Chris that I really appreciated all he did for us and that he's wonderful to deal with. The guy chimed in that he ONLY deals with Chris and that he rents a vehicle every month. Now THAT speaks volumes about Chris!

Service was excellent as always. The guys there are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We rented the suburban to take the family from Florida to Pigeon Forge, Tn. The manager Kurt was great as well. The business is very clean and organized. I would never go anywhere else.

They will pick you up. Set you up with a car. And after you are finished with the car you return it to where you rented it and they will drive you back to your place.
