The store overall is good but pharmacy staff need people with better attitude. Stephanie pharmacy tech seems not to have the professionalism it takes to be dealing with other people.

This location is the worst! They never have my monthly refills in stock, gave me the wrong prescription twice, are slower than molasses, and have terrible customer service!

It is my personal opinion that the pharmacy department employees are not friendly. I'm not expecting to be besties but customer service is still alive just not at the Joliet Location on Larkin.

Friendly staff. Decent prices on certain items. Not enuf of a selection for tanning lotions/oils mostly had Sun Bum & other very expensive brands.
