Not too happy with these guys!!! Charged me twice the amount as other person's recipe which was coincidentally booked for the same dates!!! Double BOOKING??? Wouldn't accept my debit card. Although plenty of money in the account. Had to have another rent and add me as driver. Just a huge hassle to be over charged. Nice young man at counter though. Pretty ridiculous really.

I can tell you that this is the first review I have written in a decade. But PLEASE READ! I reserved a car on 01/06/2022 for the following day through Expedia….no problem. Reservation was confirmed, my CC was charged through Expedia and a confirmation email was sent to me with the details. On the 7 th, drove the half hour to get the car and the sales counter guy was annoyed immediately despite my excited disposition. He told me multiple times that Expedia did not follow protocol and they declined my reservation…new to me?? Miraculously, he happened to have a car, despite telling me that there was a car shortage and that this reservation was soooooo short notice, and declined… Are you following me? The miraculous car was on the lot, stuck to the snow from days earlier but with the car shortage it was a, “Post Christmas Miracle”, and would have to be purchased through Budget for a hundred bucks more!?! Trusting as I am I got it and went on my way, only to be told, by more savvy and bitter individuals, that I was a victim of BAIT And SWITCH. If bitter little mustache guy is reading this….I hope you get diarrhea for a week and it burns, Cheers!. The point is that he lied, Expedia is awesome, and don’t let him bully you,! Show him the confirmation and stand your ground…wish I have cause it would have saved me over a hundred dollars and get back the time I took to write this review. Thanks guys, good luck!

I had to trade my DEN (airport) rental in at this local branch of Avis/Budget. The manager on duty helped me and my granddaughter quickly and got us into a new safe vehicle quickly without hassle. Thank you again for your excellent customer service.

Suv was not very clean, inside needed more attention, no floor mats, has burn on floorboard in a non smoking car. No one from office came outside to inspect car. Expected better customer service. Outside was not cleaned properly, with windows not clear & areas with tree sap or bird droppings. I spent hour detailing inside for COVID Protection. Disappointing start!🤥🤥🤥

Yes you can pick up at one location and drop off at another location. But, I believe there is a small fee for it. Enjoy your drive. Peace out.
