I filed a report in March and here it’s August I just got around to an investigator. This office is extremely behind and needs to hire more investigators. I would also not recommend Courtney Lovett she has no idea what she is doing.

Extremely RUDE. You will sit on hold for 40 minutes or longer and may be hung up on multiple times. The people you speak to are short tempered, rude, will snap at you, speak over you, and get angry when you ask clarifying questions. No wonder so many people experiencing discrimination never get to do anything about it. Dealing with these people is just as bad as dealing with a terrible employer if not worse.

Yes. NC is an employment at will state, which means they can fire you for any legal reason. However, you can't be fired for discrimination of a protected class.
